  • How Does the Platform Work?

    Think of us as the food scene's work version of that dating app where you swipe left and right. We match customer and client needs with the suppliers, food brands, and chef partners we have onboard.

    You're not just any home-based food business. With MyChef™, you're equipped to handle multiple orders through our customer support, order processing, invoicing, and delivery assistance. Didn't we say starting a business is easy?

  • Are There Any Requirements to Join?

    We remit payments through bank deposit, so we do require our partners to have either a BPI or BDO account.


    We also accept cash-on-delivery as a mode of payment, so we ask our partners to set up a GCash account.


    These are all not immediate requirements, though, so you can always create your store catalog first, and then work on setting up payment avenues later. Our account managers are also here to assist you if needed.

  • Is There A Fee to Join MyChef?

    Growers, Makers, and Chefs can sign up for free, and enjoy the minimum offerings of the MyChef™ platform, or upgrade to any of the membership plans to avail of our value added services and boost your business.


    Depending on your category and chosen plan, MyChef™ charges partners between 10 to 20 percent Service Fee per completed transaction, to cover the cost of processing payments and handling orders.


    Your product prices and service rates are yours to decide. However, we do ask that your prices remain consistent with what you have on your website and social media pages, so as to make equal ground in terms of pricing. Other than delivery costs or expected charges for credit card payments, we never add any fees beyond what you quote.

  • How Does MyChef Handle Payments?

    MyChef's secure payment system means clients are able to pay through credit card, debit card, Paypal, PayMaya, or GCash. We send payouts to partners through bank deposit, the week after the transaction has been completed, minus the corresponding service fee rate.


    For any payments that you personally process, such as cash-on-delivery or pick-up orders, all you need to do is remit our percent-based service fee rate through either one of our partner banks.


    MyChef™ has partnered with BPI and BDO for our banking needs, so that all payments go through smooth and hassle-free! 

  • Do I Need to Do This Full Time?

    With MyChef™, you're in full control of your availability. We want you to do this at your own pace, at your own convenience, and at your own schedule. That being said, we do of course expect you to fulfil any commitments you make with our clients.
