NOTE:  This form is intended for the submission of single items. In case your product comes in several flavour or size variants, kindly make a separate submission for each, and MyChef™ will collate them for you. Size variants of the same product will be listed under the same item and count as one (1) product on the store. Flavour variants will be listed as separate products.

PRICING:  Be sure to adjust your price with the corresponding Service Fee rate for your MyChef™ subscription plan. Your resulting price should also be reflected on your official webpage and social media channels for consistency.

To ensure the safety of your food products, the wellbeing of our buyers, and the protection of your brand, MyChef™ encourages partners obtain a Certificate of Registration   from the DOH-FDA, as well as Nutrition Facts from the DOST-FNRI (Food and Nutrition Research Institute). General guidelines are summarized by Baker & McKenzie in their Food Product and Safety Regulation material.

The Philippine Food Labeling Guidelines are based on the US FDA Food Industry Guide , enforced by our own FDA, and the World Health Organisation (WHO), pursuant to RA No. 10611 ( Food Safety Act of 2013 ) and RA No. 9711 (The FDA Act of 2009) consistent with relevant provisions of Presidential Decree No. 856 ( The Sanitation Code of the Philippines ).
